I confirm that it is possible to deposit your suitcases at the reception before check-in and after check-out. The mini fridge is present in all rooms. Instead the kettle is present only on request before or during the stay.

We confirm that the room can be made with two single beds. Breakfast is not included in the price (10,00 euros per day per person and it is served only in the room). The closest waterbus stops are: Spirito Santo, Accademia or Zattere.

I confirm that one of our two Junior Suite rooms has a balcony. While both Junior Suite rooms have a bathtub. All the other rooms have a shower.

Our Inn is located in the city center. From San Marco it's a 15 minute walk. 2 minutes by waterbus.

The Inn has 6 rooms in total, all with private bathroom, located on the first floor. The apartment has its own independent external entrance but is located in the same building (Venetian palace from the 1700s) as the rooms.

The car cannot reach our Inn because we are in the historic centre. The closest car parks are: 1) Garage San Marco in Piazzale Roma 2) Interparking in Tronchetto

Two bedroom spacious apartment with washer for family of 4
The host was excellent! He had great communication and he was very helpful. We had trouble getting there as they closed the stop we needed to take from the vaporetto (water bus) and we passed it and had to backtrack. He messaged me and told me what stop to get off from instead. He was easy to reach by text when we were struggling to get there. He met us and showed us around the 2 bedroom apartment. The 2-bedroom apartment was on the ground floor. This was an apartment where you need to have the key in the apartment in order for the air-conditioning to work. It cooled down and we had no issues in the heat of July. This apartment had a washer which was very helpful for our family of 4. We did not see a drying rack. Maybe it was a washer/dryer combo? We couldn't figure that out. We hung our clothes to dry around the bathroom and laundry room. It worked out just fine for us. There was no street noise. This was in a very quiet, not busy area. I am a light sleeper and had no issues sleeping due to noise. This was a very spacious apartment for our family of 4!
The beds were not comfortable. The bedroom we slept in basically had 2 twin beds pushed together with a queen size sheet over the top. The room our boys slept in had 2 twin beds (separated). If the beds were updated to more comfortable mattresses and pillows, this would be a much better value and comfort.

It was a peaceful and traditional location with a spacious and comfy room.
The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the centre and very close to some traghetto points. It was very peaceful at night.

Opulently appointed room. Daniel the one & only reception/host was amazing. Very welcoming and helped us with dinner recommendations the night of our arrival. He attended to everything we requested.
Shower gel. Should be in a dispenser ..not packets More places to hang bath towels..there were 3 of us and bath room needed more hooks/racks
